Does it work when the salon is closed?+

Yes — 24/7. When you're closed, the assistant knows your hours and lets the customer know when you open. It still takes the booking request, and you confirm when you're back.

How do I get notified about new bookings?+

Two ways: WhatsApp (instant ping to your phone with all details) and email (backup). You choose which to enable in your dashboard.

When are WhatsApp and Instagram channels available?+

Right now the web widget is the only active channel. WhatsApp Business API and Instagram DM are on the roadmap — if you buy any plan today, both are included free when they launch. No extra charge.

Do I need to be technical?+

No. If you can send a WhatsApp, you can use this. And if you get stuck, we install it on your website for you — free.

What if a customer writes in another language?+

The assistant replies in their language automatically — Polish, Portuguese, Ukrainian, Spanish, and 100+ more. The booking details are always translated to English for you.

Is my customer data safe?+

Yes. We're fully GDPR-compliant. Customers see an explicit privacy notice before chatting, can delete their data any time, and everything is stored only for 90 days by default.

Can other salons steal my code?+

No. You lock your widget to your own website domains. If someone copies your code to their site, the assistant refuses to load.
